People Who Want to Age, Get Sick and Die, Keep Drinking the Water You’re Drinking…The Rest of You Read This Report
What if I were to tell you that there are only 2 types of water—water that makes you age, get sick and die and water that makes you young and healthy. I know you’re probably thinking..that’s crazy, water is all the same…of course purified water is better than tap water but even if the water you are drinking is from the most high tech water purification system, it is still causing you to get sick, age and die. Now this is happening very slowly over time and you probably think it’s the normal process of aging so you don’t give it much thought. I am going to share with you one of the most simple yet important health discoveries about water that has ever been made.

We’ve all heard that eternal youth is a gift frequently sought in myth and legend and maybe you’ve heard stories of such things as The Philosopher’s Stone, the Universal Panaceas and The Elixir of Life. They are common throughout Eurasia and elsewhere. There are countless stories in myth and legend as well of a spring or fountain which gives eternal youth to all who drink from it. Tales of healing waters date as far back as the 3rd century. There are also past and present day stories of miracle waters or healing waters found all over the world. Lourdes France, Nordenau Germany , Baden Baden Germany , Nadana in India and Tlacote in Mexico are just a few of the many places where people have reportedly drunk the water and have been healed of many different ailments and diseases.
Is it just folklore and myth…or is there really something going on here that we need to take a closer look at?
The most famous story of healing waters dates back to 1858 in Lourdes, France where a young peasant girl named Bernadette Soubirous says that the Virgin Mary appeared to her and told her to drink from the stream. Bernadette was only guided to a trickle of water so she knelt down and dug through the mud until some water appeared. Since that time pilgrims have traveled to Lourdes to drink from the healing spring. Many believers and non believers alike have reported partial and complete healings from their ailments.
Since the Roman times people have been bathing in the springs in a town called Baden Baden. In 1847 the ruins of the Roman Vapour Baths were found well preserved. Baden means bath or bathe in German. These waters rise up form a depth of around 6500 feet below the ground. These thermal waters have been effective in the treatment of:
- chronic inflammatory rheumatic conditions – rheumatoid arthritis
- progressive degenerative joint and spine diseases – arthritis
- post-operative treatment and locomotive injuries
- functional circulatory disturbances
- nervous system disorders
- gynecological disorders
- respiratory tract disorders
In 1992 a spring of very pure water was found, in Germany , 100 km east of Dusseldorf. It was discovered in a cave in a un-used slate mine at Nordenau, district of Schmalenberg, a popular ski resort. The spring was soon investigated by experts who found that it was highly charged with energy. Analysts at the German Fresenius laboratories tested the water, finding it very pure and clean. They also found that it was 8% lighter than ordinary water. Another German laboratory, Hygene Institut des Ruhrgebiets Gelsenkirchen, has also certified the water to be 8 % lighter than ordinary water. Stranger still, water at the spring spirals to the left, but five meters further on it spirals to the right.
The land belongs to Theo Tommes, whose Hotel Tommes lies below the quarry. In January 1992, Mrs. Tommes went into the quarry to look for a spot to use as a wine cellar. Entering a dark, damp cavern, she became aware of a bright white light that filled the whole cave.
When it was first discovered, according to Mrs. Tommes’ mother, small crosses of light could be seen within the glowing white light.
Scientific tests have been carried out on Nordenau’s water in Germany which proved that 30% of people with ailments who consumed the water were totally healed, and 28% saw a marked improvement in their condition.
At almost the same time a very similar story is told in Mexico . A small village 150 miles north of Mexico City called Tlacote. There in 1991, on a chicken ranch belonging to Jesus Chahin Simon, his dog, Lucas, was cured of wounds after lapping up some muddy water. This did not go unnoticed so some humans who worked on the ranch daringly drank some and had improvements in their health conditions as well. Chahin tested the water, with great success, on himself and his farm animals, then decided to make it available to everyone, free of charge. The government helped him set up a pump.
As many as 10,000 people a day often line up at his gate, some in wheel chairs or walkers. Chahin has kept scrupulous medical records, and cures of diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, arthritis and many other ailments are well-documented. In addition, the water has increased the productivity of the ranch. Plants and trees bear extra crops, an unusual occurrence for an area with a cool climate.
According to a CBS report, ‘Up to the Minute’ (KENS-TV, Aug. 5, 1993), the water was found to be 44 grams or 4.4 % lighter than conventional water, measured in kilograms per liter.
The almost identical story is repeated yet again in a village about 150 km north of Delhi, India , called Nadana. Water began gushing out of a deserted tube well in September of 1992. Some local villagers who bathed in the water reported that the “medicinal” and “magical” qualities of the well cured their skin diseases. As the word spread, a steady stream of visitors now come to receive the curative powers of the water. A five-year-old polio victim was reportedly cured to a large extent after bathing there. Most people who go into the water report physical improvements of some type. The owner of the well, Mr. Mamraj, one of the village leaders, was reportedly offered a large sum of money from people who wished to buy the well. He rejected the proposal, saying he wanted to use the well for the people, not for making money. 
Researchers have found that these waters all have one thing in common: they are lighter than ordinary water. What exactly causes the water to be lighter may not be fully understood at this point in time. One thing seems to be clear…the lighter the water, the more healing power it has.

Free Radical Damage…Another Cause of Aging
Free radical damage also causes aging. Free radical damage is also called oxidation. We can see examples of oxidation all the time in our daily lives. They occur at different speeds. When we see a piece of iron rusting in the presence of Oxygen, or a slice of apple turning brown, we are looking at examples of relatively slow oxidation. When we look at a fire, we are witnessing an example of rapid oxidation. We now know that oxidation involves an exchange of electrons between two atoms. The atom that loses an electron in the process is said to be “oxidized.” The one that gains an electron is said to be “reduced.” In picking up that extra electron, it loses the electrical energy that makes it “hungry” for more electrons…it more or less stabilizes.
In biochemistry, the free radicals of interest are often referred to as reactive oxygen species (ROS) because the most biologically significant free radicals are oxygen-centered. But not all free radicals are ROS and not all ROS are free radicals. For example, the free radicals superoxide and hydroxyl radical are ROS, but the ROS hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is not a free radical species, however the term “Free-radical theory of aging” usually refers to these compounds as well.
The Free Radical Theory of Aging and Disease
In the 1950’s Denham Harmon put out a theory of aging that was pretty far fetched for it’s time but is generally accepted now.
In a very simplified explanation, human beings are composed of specialized cells that perform specific functions (i.e. skin cells, heart cells, muscle cells, etc). After years and years these cells become more and more damaged. Eventually, the collective cells that make up organs become so damaged the organ fails to function, such as the loss of vision or hearing as people age. This process of damage and dysfunction of the vital organs eventually leads to death.
Most of this damage is caused by free radicals. Free radicals are minute chemical particles (atoms or groups of atoms) which are frequently the by-products of chemical processes. For example, when two chemicals join together to form another chemical, some particles are eliminated and these can be free radicals. Free radicals have at least one unpaired electron, causing the chemical particle to be unstable. To become stabilized the particle must obtain an electron from some another chemical…like I said above, it’s hungry for electrons. By taking an electron from another chemical, the free radical becomes a stable chemical, but the other chemical now becomes a free radical and its chemical structure is changed. It must then steal an electron from somewhere so it can stabilize. Thus the chain reaction (of atoms stealing electrons) continues and can be thousands of events long.
Because we usually notice aging in our skin, let me explain how that happens. If a free radical steals an electron from one of the proteins that is contained in a strand of collagen (rather than a loose protein), it causes a change in the chemical structure of the collagen at that point and causes a break in the collagen strand. This is damage. Once a bundle of collagen has multiple points of damage which occurs over years, the strand of collagen becomes dysfunctional and loses its elastic quality. The skin begins to sag. Over time free radical damage happens to the various components of the body and this damage is progressive.
Free radicals chip away at cell walls, molecule by molecule, making holes. The cells leak and lose their chemical balances. Subsequent free radicals are able to chip away at DNA, making cells dysfunctional. If this damage affects cellular DNA, the cell may malfunction and this is what happens cell by cell over the lifetime of a human being, ultimately causing entire organs to malfunction, because their cells malfunction. If the DNA of basal keratinocytes (a component of the skin), for example, are damaged, the cells may become dysfunctional and the basal cells will reproduce cells that are equally as damaged and dysfunctional, resulting in the aging and dysfunction of the skin and its various components. Aging is simply the progression of damage, caused by free radicals.
One free radical can initiate tens of thousands of chain reactions that cause tremendous harm (destroy cell membranes, disrupt crucial processes in the body, reprogram DNA, form mutant cells and more). Free radicals are a major contributing factor to nearly all diseases.
Causes of Free Radicals
Environmental pollution (from air, water, household chemicals, asbestos, pesticide residues, & other man-made pollutants including the out-gassing of plastic and other synthetics)
- Preservatives, Colorings, and other food additives
- Metabolic Wastes
- Smoking and passive smoke
- Exposure to excess heat or cold
- Medical Treatment including medications
- Bacteria or Infections
- Chemotherapy & Radiation
- Prescription & Over The Counter Drugs
- Lack of Truly Clean & Fresh Air
- Radiation (including electromagnetic radiation from anything electric such as outside power lines; wires in your home/work, TVs, computer monitors, etc.
- Diet- The only way to avoid free radicals from food is to eat a 100% raw food diet. Few people are willing or able to do this so the next best thing is to neutralize as many free radicals from a cooked food diet as possible with electron donors for water or supplements.
- Heat processed or cooked vegetable oils are potent free radicals and a major cause of plaque accumulation in the arteries.
Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, degenerative Brain Diseases, Strokes, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Cataracts, Macular Degeneration, Diabetes and Inflammatory Diseases all have free radical damage as a contributing factor.
The best strategy to minimize their negative effects on us is a two fold approach. Avoid exposing yourself to things that create free radicals and support your body in neutralize them.
How to Neutralize Free Radicals
Antioxidants convert toxic free radicals into harmless elements. Therefore, having high levels of bio-compatible antioxidants in your system causes fewer detoxification “side-effects” than those produced when the body has to eliminate, rather than neutralize, toxins, as in water fasting and other forms of bodily cleansing and detoxification that don’t incorporate bio-compatible antioxidants.
Antioxidants are chemicals that are able to donate an electron to a free radical, stabilizing the free radical and stopping the chain of chemical reactions and potential damage. Antioxidants are able to donate the missing electron to a free radical without the antioxidant becoming a free radical. In this manner antioxidants prevent free radical damage or in other words, they slow the aging and disease process. That’s the reason you are told to eat so many fruits and vegetables, preferably in their raw state…because they are the best source of food antioxidants.
In its own defense the body manufactures its own antioxidants. Due to a highly compromised environment, non-ideal food, etc., people have far more free radicals and far less metabolic antioxidant enzymes (decreasing with toxicity, nutrient deficiency and unhealthy food consumption) than are needed for optimum health. Our natural free radical defense systems have been severely weakened, drained, and overrun. If you think you don’t need extra protection (even on the best diet), think again!

It has been published all over the World, mostly by Japanese scientists and researchers, that the ideal and most effective scavenger of free radicals is Active Hydrogen (H-)! How Your Body Creates Energy
Albert Szent-Gyorgyi Winner of the Nobel Prize in Metabolic Chemistry says “Hydrogen is the fuel of life.” All the food we eat does one thing for us. It releases hydrogen which is burned by oxygen in the final chemical reaction releasing the energy that makes ATP, the fuel that actually runs our bodies. Carbohydrates are one-third carbon, one-third hydrogen and one-third oxygen.
