Sleep Improvement Supplements

Mild Sleep Challenges

Cortisol Calm: 4 caps 30 minutes before dinner or at dinner if no milk is consumed.
Melatonin 3mg: 1 cap at bedtime.

Medium Sleep Challenges

Cortisol Calm: 4 caps 30 minutes before dinner or at dinner if not milk is consumed.
Melatonin 3mg: 1 cap at bedtime.

Severe Sleep Challenges

Last Meal of the Day:

It may be important for you to eat your last meal 2 to 3 hours before bed. It may also be very important for you to not consume any or very little carbohydrates or sugars at dinner.
