From 1976 until now I have been studying, learning and experimenting with diet and supplementation for personal health restoration. In 1990 I earned a Bachelor of Science in nutrition that give me the professional title Nutripath. I do not believe titles are important, but mention this for those who want to know that I've study a cirriculum and earned a degree in this field. However the truth is the only authority on any topic. Authority is not the truth. Therefore I look for the truth not for the title or letters after the persons name. Many, many people are messengers of truth who have little to no letters after their name. Our society has been taught to put authority in the position of truth, when many many people with letters after their names are teaching others information that is harming millions of people.

However the mindset of many thoughout America is that if I have X diagnosis then I need Y remedy and then I'll be well. Such is not the case: because X diagnosis is usually a whole body disease process manifesting as a particular set of symptoms; that the allopathic profession has labeled a given name. No disease process in the body is a malfunctioning of a specific organ. It is an intelligent response on the part of the body to a given stressor or set of stressors. As of 2012 I have been on Earth in this body for 51 revolutions around the sun. Yet since taking Laminine in addition to the other supplements and technologies I use, I have windows of time where I feel as much energy as I had when I was 15. This may seem like a lot to most people but in the end the quality of life is what I'm into and this combination is what makes me feel the best. Usually one day per week when not traveling I like to fast on water, lemon water and supplements for 24 to 36 hours. I also devote a considerable amount of time to meditation and deepening my connection to a place inside me that is free of fear.
