I have been taking mineral magic for over a year. I have absolutely noticed that I have more energy. My hair has become much more plentiful, thick and has a different appearance. Definitely noticed a difference in the first 1-2 days of using mineral magic. I didn't feel the need to snack late at night as usual. Out of four nights since using mineral magic, I ate chips only one of those. The other three I didn't feel like snacking. That was a first. I mixed mine with the one world whey. Tastes good. I was very surprised how well mineral magic worked in eliminating my craving to have alittle dark chocolate everyday. I can't believe how I don't even think about it or miss it. A little half teaspoon a day mixed in a drink is all it takes. I can see how this product can help in weight loss. This container lasts a good 6 months. (Posted on 1/25/12)
