This is the most potent and best flavored protein I have found, hands down. It's not only worth every penny but it's worth comparing to your favorite brand. Try mixing a little before a workout and a little into your workout drink too then a pretty substantial amount post-workout and you will feel the difference in less than 3 workouts. This is the best protein powder I have ever tasted. It has Stevia for sweetness and vanilla and there is no need to add anything else for sweetness, it is perfect. Very creamy and pure tasting. I ran out and went back to my "other supposedly pure whey" and there was a completely noticeable quality difference. One World Whey Rocks! and I will never buy any other whey powder.
