Quick Overview

Relief may be one or two capsules away.

If you miss the freedom to eat whatever you want, ZyGluten™ capsules may be your answer.

The potent enzymes and helpful microbes in ZyGluten™ were selected for their ability to break down gluten before it can cause a problem.

Simply take one or two ZyGluten™ capsules immediately before eating your first bite of food.

How much ZyGluten™ should I take?

It is recommended that you take one to two capsules of ZyGluten™ immediately before your first bite of food, preferably twice per day with major meals.

When should I take ZyGluten™ capsules?

Take two ZyGluten™ capsules immediately before starting a meal. Take two more capsules if your meal lasts more than 30 minutes.

Who should not take ZyGluten™ capsules?

ZyGluten™ capsules are not recommended for children, or for women who are pregnant or nursing. You should consult a doctor before taking ZyGluten™ capsules if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.

Do I have to take ZyGluten™ capsules with EVERY meal?

Due to hidden gluten in many foods, it is best to take ZyGluten™ capsules with every meal. However, the ultimate decision of when to take ZyGluten™ capsules is up to you.

Can I take ZyGluten™ capsules after a meal if I forget to take them before a meal?

For maximum benefit, ZyGluten™ capsules must be taken before or during a meal.

Can I chew ZyGluten™ capsules or sprinkle their contents on food?

No. ZyGluten™ capsules should be taken orally with water immediately before a meal.

Can I take ZyGluten™ capsules in conjunction with alcoholic beverages?

Do not swallow ZyGluten™ capsules with alcohol prior to a meal on an empty stomach. You may drink alcohol once ZyGluten™ capsules and food have been consumed.

Can I skip ZyGluten™ on certain days?

If you do not have gluten in your diet and you avoid all items containing “hidden” gluten, you may skip taking ZyGluten™. However, it is generally very difficult to determine if food contains gluten, particularly when eating out.

Can I stop ZyGluten™ abruptly?

It is possible that your symptoms of gluten sensitivity will return, but ZyGluten™ does not have to be tapered down. The ultimate decision regarding your healthcare needs should be made between you and your doctor after weighing the risks and benefits.

What is the difference between Celiac Disease and gluten sensitivity?

Celiac disease patients have antibodies in their blood and an abnormal biopsy of the small bowel which can easily be confirmed by gastroenterologists. However, there are no blood tests or endoscopic signs for gluten sensitive patients.
What are the symptoms of gluten sensitivity?
Gastrointestinal:
– Nausea/vomiting
– Bloating/cramping
– Flatulence
– Abdominal pain
– Diarrhea
– Constipation

Extra-gastrointestinal:
– Fatigue/tiredness
– Weight loss
– Joint pains

Neurological:
– Headaches
– Concentration & memory problems (termed as gluten syndrome)
What causes gluten sensitivity?
At present, research suggests possible risk factors include human genetics, plant genetics, modification of gluten as food additives and environmental toxins.
If I have gluten sensitivity, will I eventually have Celiac Disease?
No. Scientific data does not prove that relationship.
How do you diagnose gluten sensitivity?
Tests are not available for gluten sensitivity. Usually, patients complain of symptoms such as gas, bloating, and abdominal cramping on introduction of gluten into their diet and elimination of gluten improves their symptoms.
Is there any medication available for Celiac Disease or gluten sensitivity?
Unfortunately, medication is not currently available for Celiac Disease. There is one clinical trial being conducted which combines various enzymes. The mainstay of the treatment today is to avoid gluten.
What is ZyGluten™?

Yes. ZyGluten™ was developed and tested in the lab by scientists, who specialize in enzymology and microbiology, and clinically tested by gastroenterologists on patients with symptoms of gluten sensitivity.
