The auto-shutoff safety feature ensures safe use of the kettle by automatically shutting the kettle off when the water reaches boiling point.

Use the Warm/Select button to skip through the four various presets. Select the Coffee preset and heat water to the set temperature of 195°F (90°C), perfect for making pour-over coffee or instant coffee. Select the Black Tea preset to brew your tea at 175°F (80°C). You may brew your tea in a separate cup or place loose tea leaves directly inside the kettle. The Glass Raw Tea Kettle’s mesh filter located at the spout will filter out any solids, so that you get a smooth and clear cup of tea. Select the Green Tea preset to brew your tea at 160°F (70°C). The Warm function will keep the remaining water warm for up to 6 hours, or you may simply turn the kettle off by pressing the Off button, as it only take about 30 seconds to warm up again.

Finally, for raw foodists, there is a Raw preset that will warm water to the raw temperature of 115°F (45°C). Use the Raw preset when making raw hot chocolate and enjoy a truly warm cup of raw hot chocolate, without the hassle of using a high-speed blender. Just warm up the water in the kettle using the Raw preset, and pour the water in a cup with your raw chocolate ingredients, like raw cacao powder and some agave. There is no guessing game involved when using the Glass Raw Tea Kettle because the Raw preset ensures the water to warm up to a perfect raw temperature of 115°F (45°C).

Use the Raw preset to warm up water, for mixing with yeast, at 115°F (45°C), which is the optimal activation temperature for yeast. Now you can save time when making fresh bread at home.
